This application for smart mobile devices with Android and iOS operating systems, presents the cultural events taking place in a city (exhibitions, concerts, theater performances, film screenings, book presentations, etc.) as well as a map with all the points of cultural interest.
The content is structured by thematic category (e.g., culture, churches, sights) and for each event all the necessary information is provided, such as explanatory texts, place and time of the event, opening hours, contact details, as well as directions for moving from the user’s location to the event location or anywhere else. The user also has the ability to share this information with friends through other applications and social media.
The relevant information is drawn from news/event feeds already offered on the internet by relevant websites (Museums – Art Galleries – Libraries, Municipalities, etc.).
