CrediaBank inaugurated its first New Experience Banking Branch in Crete, located at 94 25th of August Street in Heraklion, introducing a new concept of personalized customer service that combines a human-centered approach with the use of modern digital technologies.
Within this context, the innovative interactive mixed-reality system FinXR was installed, offering visitors the opportunity to search for and explore banking products and services through an enriched digital experience. The system leverages interaction with physical objects that trigger the display of related content on a screen, enabling a more immediate and easily understandable presentation of information.
