The interactive Printing Press Simulator system incorporates a touch screen into a complex construction that presents a printed book and offers interaction not only with touch but also with an augmented physical object. The system was designed and developed in the context of the cooperation of ICS-FORTH with Piraeus Bank for the Bank’s Anniversary Program for the 200 years since the Greek Revolution. The system was implemented in two versions, one for permanent installation at the Bank and a portable one for educational use.
